Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Top SEO Experts ("we", "us") collects when you use topseoexperts.us, why we collect it and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need.
1. Who we are
topseoexperts.us is the website of Top SEO Experts, an agency providing SEO, local SEO, website design and development and link building services to businesses in the United States.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our growth plan or contact forms we collect what you enter, which can include your name, work email, company, website, phone number (optional), your goals, your biggest challenge and your approximate monthly marketing investment. Your submission is sent from your browser through FormSubmit, an email form service, and delivered by email to our team. Please don't include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
A growth-plan link can also include a city, service, industry or page identifier. We include that context with the submission so the team can understand where your request started.
Information you enter into our free tools
- Calculators (such as the SEO ROI and SEO cost calculators) run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.
- Website and local SEO checkers and the internal linking tool send the web address you enter (and, for the local checker, the business details you enter) to our server so it can fetch that public website and return results. We use this only to run the check. We do not store the address or the results.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Preferences on your device. If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which tools are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as approximate location, device and browser information and pages visited. We have enabled IP anonymization and do not send names, emails or the web addresses you enter into our tools to Google Analytics.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare growth plans you request.
- To run the free tools you use.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the website:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, security and the servers that run our tools. |
| FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) | Delivers growth plan and contact form submissions to our email. |
| Google (Google Analytics 4) | Website analytics. |
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Tool inputs that are sent to our server are processed and discarded, not stored.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our tools only fetch public web addresses and refuse internal or private network addresses. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us by emailing hello@topseoexperts.us. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. See our Cookie Policy.
8. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the "last updated" date above.
