Questions

Local SEO, answered.

How do you improve visibility in Google Maps?

By strengthening the signals local rankings depend on: a complete and accurate Google Business Profile, relevant categories, reviews, consistent listings, local authority and a website that supports the profile.

What do you do with our Google Business Profile?

Optimize categories, services, descriptions, photos and posts, keep information accurate, and build a process for reviews and replies.

Do we need city pages?

For areas you genuinely serve, with real local content, they can help. Pages that only swap the city name do not, and we will not build them.

We are a service-area business without a storefront. Can we rank?

Yes. Service-area businesses can rank in local results; the strategy focuses on the profile, service-area pages and local authority.

We have multiple locations. How do you handle that?

Each real location gets its own profile and location page, organized so they support each other rather than compete.

How important are reviews?

Very, for both visibility and the decision to call. We help you build a steady, honest review process; we never create fake reviews.

Do you build local links and citations?

Yes: consistent citations and relevant links from real local organizations and publications.

How long does local SEO take?

Profile and on-page improvements can move faster than competitive organic terms. Timelines depend on your market and starting point.

How do you track leads from local search?

With call tracking, form tracking and profile insights, so you can see which areas and pages produce enquiries.

Understand the work behind the service.

Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile is Google's service for managing eligible businesses' information on Search and Maps. Eligibility and representation rules differ for storefronts and businesses serving customers at their locations.

Service area business

A service-area business is a business that visits or delivers to customers rather than serving them at a staffed storefront. Google Business Profile has specific address and service-area representation rules.

Map pack

The map pack is a group of local business results displayed for some Google searches. Visibility depends on factors including relevance, distance, and prominence rather than an agency's promise.

Local citations

Local citations are references to a business's identifying information on other websites or directories. Useful citations support accurate discovery, but directory quantity alone does not establish local search visibility.

Review gating

Review gating is directing only selected customers toward public review requests while diverting others elsewhere. Google's review policies prohibit selectively soliciting positive reviews or discouraging negative reviews.

NAP consistency

NAP consistency is agreement in a business's name, address, and phone information across relevant listings. Accurate representation matters; a remote business should not invent a location to make listings match.
